Chef Tom Robertson has been delighting people with his cooking talents for more than 21 years. He has worked at various restaurants and country clubs in South Texas before he found himself here, at Shoal Grass Lodge 4-years ago. His commitment to quality and consistency make him a prominent figure here at the lodge.
